Pharmassist is seeking for a Quality Assurance Officer!

We are currently seeking for a Quality Assurance Officer. 

The ideal candidates for the position should fulfill the following qualifications/requirements:

  • University Degree (Quality Management specialization is desirable)
  • Previous work experience, of one (1) to two (2) years, in a Quality Assurance position or relevant field, including experience in documenting, implementing, and monitoring Management Systems, in compliance with International Standards
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Fluency in the written & spoken English language
  • Previous work experience, of at least one (1) year, in a CRO or in Clinical Trials, will be considered as a plus
  • Previous work experience, of at least one (1) year, in medical devices and ISO 13485, will be considered as a plus

General duties include:

  • Supporting the development, maintenance, and implementation of the Company’s Management System in compliance with corporate policies and objectives, international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and ISO 13485), and other national and international statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinating activities related to the Company’s training process and program
  • Supporting regular monitoring of the Company’s Objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Supporting Business Continuity Activities
  • Supporting External Providers’ assessment activities
  • Supporting change management activities
  • Maintaining awareness of the statutory and regulatory requirements, as well as relevant standards in the areas of responsibility
  • Supporting effective initiation, implementation and monitoring of non-conformances and deviations
  • Supporting the implementation of the Company’s Internal Audit and support audits the Company receives
  • Supporting complaints management
  • Supporting Customer Satisfaction Survey activities
  • Acting as the main point of contact/primary responsible for assigned Client projects and managing relevant activities, in compliance with the pertaining contractual agreement, applicable standard operating procedures and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements
